Limited offer available for bookings now. Stay 4 consecutive nights and only pay for 3, when you book Terrace View now. Valid only for new bookings for stays commencing from 1 October 2008 and finishing prior to 15 December 2008, subject to availability. This special does not include any servicing of the apartment, however can be arranged on prior request. Contact us about this limited offer.

High Season: NZ $525 per night
15th December – 30th April and 15th June - 31st October

Low Season: NZ $425 per night
1st May – 14th June and 1st November - 14th December

Rates inclusive of GST

	A 25% deposit of the total stay is required on booking
	Full payment is required 14 days prior to arrival
	Cancellation within 30 days of your visit will incur a loss of deposit
	Cancellation within seven days of your stay will result in full payment being charged to your account
	Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside Terrace View Apartment
	No pets or animals are permitted
	Terrace View Apartment or its owners accept no responsibility for any loss/damage or injury to guests or their property and we recommend you arrange your own travel insurance prior to your stay
	Whilst the owners strive to maintain all facilities and appliances in full working order, in the event of any malfunction, we will do our best to rectify the problem as soon as possible
	Terrace View Apartment is for a maximum or four guests
	A minimum of 3 nights stay is required
	Local phone calls are free of charge
	Terrace View is serviced every three days.  Additional housekeeping can be arranged for a charge of NZ$100 per service on prior request
	Check in time is 2:00pm / Check out time is 10:00am (Late check outs can be accommodated when we do not have guests arriving that afternoon)
